TIC + Counselling Services In Gloucestershire is a free and confidential service for children aged 0-25 and parents living in Gloucestershire.

They have a parent support line and an online chat feature called 'TIC+ Chat'.

The different services all have different phone numbers and operating times so check the website for the service you want.

CAMHS

CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service) have put together a range of resources to support children and their families who may be struggling with anxiety during these difficult times. There is a specific section covering the impact of coronavirus, but also more generic links to books, apps and websites.

Childline

  • Childline has a range of support, advice and activities, including helping with trouble falling asleep which you find on the home page. Click on the 'Toolbox' tab to find Games, Art Box and Calm Zone.
  • Childline Calm Zone has lots of different strategies to calm down - just find the one that works for you.
  • Childline Games is a selection of games and puzzles to distract you from whatever is worrying you and to lift your mood.
