Curriculum & Values

The Creative Curriculum at Oakwood Primary  School gives children opportunities to learn, build on and develop new skills and addresses the requirements of the National Curriculum.

Children are exposed to a range of subjects and activities which allows them to experience different topics and learning styles in a fun and engaging way.

Please find below our termly overviews for each year group so that you can see the key areas that the children will be learning about in each term of the school year.

All our displays reflect the learning relating to our topic.  They create an ethos and environment in which children can enjoy learning, reflect, improve and grow in confidence which is fundamental to our school.
